19th Issue of Parikrama Released
The most awaited moment sparked rays of happiness and eagerness when the 19th Annual Issue of Parikrama Magazine was finally unveiled in a grand ceremony on 2nd of January, 2016. The program was made more auspicious by the graceful presence of Prof. Dr. Kedar Bhakta Mathema, former Vice-Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, former Ambassador to Japan and the Chairperson of the High Level commission for national policy on Medical Education.
In this issue, you’ll find a compilation of topics that will make your imagination sojourn from surgery to stars, from hot debates in qualitative & free health education to travelogues and introduce you to concepts and ideas that invite a positive change. We also have a beautiful assemblage of insightful articles in this issue without which, the magazine would hardly have its existence.
We have been able to contain within this issue our interactions with luminaries’ which you will come across while flipping the pages. We have also showcased some riveting pieces: an introduction about past Parikramites & their experiences when they were in Parikrama; brief details about various faculties-cum-couple in BPKIHS; and profiles of the first batch (1994) of BPKIHS. Further, we have dedicated our cover page to our beloved nation for symbolizing everything she has been through or is going through, and also for emblematizing our invincible faith in our ability to rise again.
